Engineers Certificate	Building Warrant
Building control often require a certificate to confirm that the building conforms to current regulations. This must be signed by an independent, qualified structural engineer who is a member of the relevant body. We have negotiated a competative rate for our customers. This should be paid to Twinspan Original Steel Buildings direct. Building control will advise should they require such a certificate.	Usually £175.00 up to 75 square metres and then a further £175.00 for further increments of up to 75 Square metres. May also be calculated on cost of building kit. E.g. Calculated on size: Your proposed building measures 15 metres long by 6 metres wide. Total area is (15 x 6) = 90 metres square. Building warrant costs £175.00 (first 75 square metres) plus £175.00 for the next 15Msq. Total Cost: £350.00 This Fee is payable direct to your local council.
Planning	Ordnance Survey
Variable, from £60 plus as advised by your local council. This Fee is payable to your local council.	Planning require an Ordnance Survey Map and Block Plan showing your site and existing buildings etc. We purchase these from Planning Application Maps at the cost of £66.38. We charge you at cost.
Floor Plans and Elevations
We provide Floor Plans, Elevations and all required drawings free of charge. We will obtain all Planning and Building Control forms direct from your council and provide them with Ordnance Survey maps, Floor Plans etc. as required. There are no hidden charges and you are only responsible for the various fees as advised in advance. We will send you a detailed outline of these costs and who they should be paid to before you place your order for Twinspan Original Steel Buildings. We will apply for Planning Consent and Building warrant if required and keep you up to date with progress.	We will deal with application from start to end leaving you with nothing to worry about giving you complete peace of mind. Please Remember that Twinspan Original Steel Buildings provide this Planning service at a competitive price including fees due to the Local Council etc. as when obtaining Planning Permission.
